How Kids Agenda handles your data
Kept short on purpose — ask if anything here isn't clear.
What we store
The text you paste, what the AI extracts from it, your children's names/colors and any context notes you write about them, and a record of what's been added to your calendar. Nothing more.
What goes to the AI
Only the text you paste, plus your children's names and context notes — sent to OpenAI to extract dates and details. Nothing is sent anywhere else.
Nothing reaches your calendar without you
The AI only ever proposes. Nothing is written to Google Calendar until you review it and explicitly approve — every single time, no exceptions.
Google access
We request exactly one narrow Google permission — calendar.app.created — which only lets us manage a single dedicated “Kids Agenda” calendar we create for you. We never access your Gmail, and we never see or touch your existing personal or default calendar.
How long we keep things
The exact text you pasted (or the wording read from a photo) is only kept for 90 days, then permanently removed — everything you've reviewed and approved (titles, dates, times, locations, your calendar history) stays untouched. Photos/screenshots themselves are never stored at all — they're used once to extract details, then discarded.
Deleting your data
This is an early private beta without a self-service delete button yet — contact whoever gave you access and we'll remove everything by hand, completely.
